Famous Alumni
Gerald R. Ford
The 38th President of the United States, Gerald R. Ford is probably the University's most famous graduate. Ford also played football for the University and his jersey number is now retired. He was not elected to office, rather, he was named president after President Richard M. Nixon's watergate scandal.
Tom Brady
Tom Brady is widely considered one of the greatest Quarterbacks in the history of professional football. He is a U of M grad who was drafted in the 6th Round, 199th overall pick of the 2000 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots. He has since built himself an illustrious career in professional football and has been named Super Bowl MVP twice and was the first player in history to be unanimously named league MVP.
Denard Robinson (Soon to be famous)
The Wolverines' current Quarterback has become one of the most dynamic college football players in the country and is still a junior. He is one of the quickest players in the game and is a normally an opposing team's biggest concern. Robinson recently lead his team to an impressive 11-2 record and victory in the Sugar Bowl.
